Welcome

I'm Kath.
I have many things in my life that I'm very thankful for. The list includes being a realistic optimist, living an hour's train ride from the best harbour in the world and being loved.

This is where I am puzzling out what it means to listen better. At least, that's how I started this blog. I hear all sorts of things, and take time to write and reflect about some of them.

Meanwhile, I do love to listen, so feel free to say hello.
